ALL of shipped Items Must receive a Signature to Receive.
We will always include the insurance for the complete value of each purchased piece of artwork.
If the purchase does not arrive or arrives in poor condition, then please DO NOT SIGN TO RECIEVE!!!
Signing a package received in poor condition is forfeit to the insurance, therefore you are willingly forfeiting any replacement/new work/or possible re-working or fixing of the product.
If the product was received in Good Condition, but in the extremely rare and unlikely event that some sort of warping, paint chipping or internal damage was caused, you have 24 hours to make initial contact with Karizxo via website regarding this matter, and 3 days from the receipt date to Submit photos/videos of the damage and all packaging materials for assessment. All materials and evidence will be investigated thoroughly, and we will do our very best to work with you regarding making it right, if it is reasonable to do so.
If it is deemed fit to return, we will accept it back and determine further the proper path to redemption; this can be in the form of re-work, touch up, or a completely re-done piece.
NO Monies will be refunded. Return is mandatory within 10-15 days of photo/video assessment (proof of return via receipt is also required for verification purposes- you may provide this via e-mail same day of return).
*We hold a high level of satisfaction with the product; however, it is at the artist's discretion to determine if alterations or re-makes are necessary. All photo/video evidence provided MUST be of good clear quality to Assess. Further determination, alterations, re-makes etc. may be denied if any of the requirements are not met.
